The principle of operation of a centrifugal juicer is to create increased pressure in the compartment with fruits and vegetables, resulting in the separation of solid and liquid fractions of the fruits loaded into the device.

However, a high speed of operation leads to heating of the processed fruits and a decrease in nutrients. In this case, the products are saturated with oxygen, as a result of which the juice is oxidized and foams. These factors reduce the quality of the drink and shorten its shelf life to half an hour.

Important! Squeeze juice should be immediately before use, it is not recommended to store it in the refrigerator.

The disadvantage of centrifugal juicers is the high level of noise, undesirable in homes with young children and households of advanced age.

Due to its high speed and productivity, a centrifugal juicer is conveniently used for home-brewing a drink, especially in conditions of shortage of morning time.
