Using a flash drive

Live CD can work on USB-drives. But the system will run slower. You will need a Rufus application and a flash drive of at least 8 gigabytes. Rufus allows you to install boot data on a USB flash drive. We do the following:

  1. Download the utility.
  2. We launch it.
  3. We find the column Devices.
  4. Choose our drive.
  5. In the section Scheme and type section, install IEFI or MBR with BIOS.
  6. Select the image that we will record.
  7. We install fast formatting.
  8. Create a boot file.
  9. Create an extended label.
  10. Click Start.

Why Live CD

This method has several advantages:

  1. You can work with the device without installing an operating system. That is, the method is suitable not only for those who do not have a hard drive, but also the proportion of those who simply can not spend time installing windows.   2. Live CD allows you to not only access the device, but also save certain data.
